Basic Sale Terms & Conditions:
o Leermeester Leather reserves the right to cancel an order at any given time. In this case, Leermeester Leather will provide the client with a full refund of the amounts paid.
o Any return request (within 14 days) of non-faulty items will incur a handling fee of 10% and return shipping will be for your own account.
o Any exchange/return request must be received via email within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product shipping details must be received within the same 14 days and must be received in its original condition and undamaged packaging.
o We do not cover the terms of sale for products purchased from third-party resellers, except for warranty.
Additional Terms and Conditions during sale periods:
o During sale periods/special offers, the delivery may take up to 3 weeks due to high demand & product processing.
o The option to offer customisation or personalization of Sale items is at the sole discretion of Leermeester Leather.
o No exchanges on sale items unless defective (Leermeester Leather reserves the right to either repair or replace the product)
o Discount Codes are not applicable on sale items. Vouchers/Gift Cards are accepted during sale periods.
o All payments or proof of payments must be confirmed within the Sale Period to qualify for sale price. Leermeester Leather holds the right to cancel orders for which proof of payment is not provided within this period.

GUARANTEE & TERMS OF SALE
At Leermeester Leather, quality is prioritized over quantity. We take great care in every aspect of our work and are committed to hand crafting the highest quality products possible. We strive to offer you the best buying experience available.
Leather is a natural product and all our bags are handmade, therefore each product will be unique and might vary slightly in colour and structure. This adds to the character and uniqueness of our high quality products and we are sure you will love your Leermeester Leather piece as much as we love making it.
Shipping:
You need to supply us with all your details, so we can
ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
Please provide your full name, street address,
suburb and city / town with a contact number and best date
for delivery.
We use a reliable courier to send each product to you. If the product you ordered is in stock, you should receive your parcel normally within 5-9 business days, except during sale periods or special offers where you might experience a longer delay. Please keep in mind that we manufacture each product on order. If you require this product urgently, please inform us and we will do our absolute best.
We can unfortunately not guarantee a specific delivery day or time as this is dependant on the courier company, but we can issue you with a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been sent. Please email us to request your tracking number if needed.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING SALE PERIODS, SHIPPING LEAD TIMES WILL INCREASE DUE TO HIGH DEMAND.

Warranty:
We offer a 12 month warranty (from date of purchase, with proof required) within certain conditions and exclusions. If the item, under conditions of normal use, proves to be defective, we will investigate the issue and gladly repair the item if possible or replace it free of charge with an equal or similar item.
The warranty excludes any damage as a result of accidents, including water spills or damage, alteration, repair by any party other than Leermeester Leather, transfer of leather dye or misuse.
If you bought one of our products and found any defect in
the materials or workmanship, kindly contact us as soon as possible to resolve.
Please email us at info@leermeesterleather.com with all the information
and photos of the product. Repairs can then be sent to us. **Courier cost for your own account. Once
inspected and repaired, we will ship it back to you free of charge.
The unique differences in the colour and texture of leather is what
makes the product só unique. The leather may darken and soften over time,
due to normal use and exposure to the elements. Refer to our Care section for more
information on caring for your bag.
Returns:
If you bought one of our products and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@leermeesterleather.com with the reason, photos of the product and proof of purchase - within 14 days of receiving the product.
In the event of an exchange/return, we have to be notified of the parcel's shipping/delivery details within the same 14 days. The item needs to be in the original unused condition and in original undamaged packaging. ** Courier costs involved will be for your own account.
When we receive the item back, it will be inspected and we will use our own discretion to determine if above stated conditions are met.
Kindly note that non-faulty returns will be charged a 10% handling fee. You will have an option for either store credit or a cash refund.
